When disaster strikes... the time for preparation is gone!
Needing help with a computer glitch often comes at the worst time, usually when you are just about to finish something critical... perhaps not... but it sure seems that way.
Often the issue may be minor but nevertheless when the printer suddenly decides to take a break it can be nerve wracking if you need the output NOW! Like a discount coupon at your favorite store.
There are times when you wish you had a compute buddy, someone who could magically appear on your computer screen and right in front of your eyes, proceed to tame the aggravation as you watch.
These days, that is more than possible. Of course you need a "somebody" to invoke and secondly you both need the easy way for remote control of your computer to become "alive" when needed!
