Before getting the screwdriver or hammer going, try these two things first. - Windows built in trouble shooter. Depending on Windows version you should find it in control panel called "Troubleshooting". Try to match your issue with a troubleshooter listed. MS Mr. Fixit tools.Same idea but go to this link and find your problem and run it. These "shooters" can take care of a lot of aggravation issues, so they make for a decent starting place, but don't hold your breath
